Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our PHP development team. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with PHP/MySQL web applications and prior experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

– Assign tasks and ensure timely completion by the team.
– Facilitate communication between the team and other departments.
– Manage timesheets, resources, and schedules effectively.
– Ensure quality standards are met.
– Provide training and guidance to the team.
– Gather requirements and oversee testing.

Minimum Qualifications

BCA / B.E./ B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / Equivalent

Skills Required:

– Experience leading a team of at least 4-5 developers.
– Proficient in developing interactive web applications.
– Expertise in developing custom PHP applications with complex modules and integrations.
– Ability to document functional requirements and design databases.
– Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, AJAX, CSS, HTML, JavaScript (including JSON), jQuery, Linux, Web Services, Apache, MVC and Laravel, CodeIgniter frameworks.
