We are hiring an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager / PMC – Civil for a premium high-rise residential construction project in Panjim, Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage civil and structural execution at site.
- Oversee piling, D-wall, excavation, basement and RCC works.
- Review drawings, method statements, schedules and construction plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, productivity and timelines.
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings/specifications.




- Identify delays and technical issues and provide regular progress reports.

Candidate Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering – mandatory.
- 12–15 years of civil construction experience.
- High-rise residential/commercial project experience.
- Hands-on D-wall, piling and basement construction experience – mandatory.
- Strong RCC and structural execution knowledge.
- Coastal-region project experience preferred.
- Must be willing to relocate to Panjim, Goa.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice preferred.

Accommodation: Bachelor's accommodation provided separately, over and above salary.

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
