We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee HR Recruiter to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process. The role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Assist with offer coordination and joining formalities
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Any Graduation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Robust interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
