Role Overview

Responsible for managing day-to-day trading operations, MIS and reporting, along with coordination with brokers and financial institutions to ensure smooth operational functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily MIS covering trades, positions, P&L;, volumes and other trading data.
- Maintain and reconcile trade, position and operational records with broker/exchange reports.
- Coordinate with brokers and other financial institutions for day-to-day trading and operational requirements.
- Coordinate for opening and maintenance of trading, demat and bank accounts, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Trading, RMS, Banking and Accounts teams for operational requirements and settlements.
- Monitor trade-related documentation, settlements and resolve operational discrepancies.




- Prepare periodic management reports and support ad-hoc data and operational requirements.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Trading Operations or Financial Operations.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic data analysis.
- Good understanding of trading and capital market operations.
- Experience in broker coordination and account opening processes will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and follow-up skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
