Job Title: Site Supervisor/Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage daily site operations.

· Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

· Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.

· Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly.

· Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.





· Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.

· Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· ITI Certification or relevant course in construction, civil engineering, or a related field.

· Proven 4-6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry with a focus on farmhouses and villas.

· Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and site management.

· Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
