WellDone Art Academy (established in 2005) is an children's art learning center dedicated to nurturing creativity and artistic growth. We are looking for a proactive, organized and people-friendly Operations Associate to join our team in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

This role is ideal for a graduate with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to manage day-to-day operations while building meaningful relationships with parents and students.

We will prefer candidates (F) living in the radius of 6 to 10 kms of Lajpat Nagar-1 (110024), New Delhi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Provide information to prospective parents regarding admissions and academy programs.

* Handle parent queries and maintain positive communication with enrolled families.

* Assist in student admissions, enrollment and onboarding processes.

* Maintain student records, attendance and administrative documentation.





* Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for the smooth functioning of the academy.

* Support children in basic drawing and sketching activities using available artistic skills.

* Work closely with team members to ensure an efficient and positive learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS :

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Solid verbal and written communication skills.

* Good interpersonal and public-relations abilities.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel

* Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.

* Candidates residing within 6–10 km of Lajpat Nagar will be preferred.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
