Job Title: Experienced Apollo.io Appointment Setter – Proven Track Record Required (US B2B) | Part-Time

Hours: 5 hrs/day | Mon–Sat | 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Lead Generator & Appointment Setter who can generate qualified B2B leads and book real appointments using LinkedIn and Apollo.io for US-based clients. This is a performance-driven role — we care about results, not resumes.

Please Read Before Applying:
We will only hire someone who can give us a real, live demo proving they can source qualified leads and book appointments — not just describe the process. Freshers, and candidates without hands-on Apollo.io/LinkedIn experience, will not be shortlisted regardless of how the resume looks.

Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) and Apollo.io
- Research and identify correct decision-makers at target companies
- Send personalized outreach + follow-up sequences
- Book qualified appointments with potential US clients
- Maintain accurate lead & outreach tracking sheet
- Coordinate with sales team for smooth appointment handover
- Meet weekly/monthly booking targets
- Share daily work updates

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year experience in Lead Generation / Appointment Setting (freshers NOT eligible)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io — must be comfortable navigating both live
- Excellent written & spoken English — non-negotiable
- Prior experience with US clients or US shift preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable working independently
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and basic CRM tools
