Job Title: Senior Pharmacist / Pharmacy Sales Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Pharmacist to join our team. This role involves managing retail pharmacy operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a senior leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations and mentor a team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Lead and drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous growth.
- Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and train pharmacy staff to enhance their performance. Conduct regular team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met. Address customer queries, resolve complaints effectively, and build strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, proper stocking of medicines and retail products, and cash handling.
- Compliance and Standards: Adhere to pharmacy regulations and company policies. Ensure the proper handling and storage of products and conduct regular audits for quality standards.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present sales and operational reports to management. Collaborate seamlessly with other departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: B.Pharm degree is required.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail operations (preferably in the pharmacy sector).
