Maintenance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities.
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Lead and allocate work to maintenance technicians.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other maintenance issues.
- Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare-parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
- Valuable troubleshooting, team-management, and communication skills.
