Role Summary

Lead FP&A;, reporting, and finance advisory engagements, delivering strategic insights and exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
- Analyze KPIs across revenue, costs, expenses, and capex.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including Board of Directors support.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and governance reports.
- Provide variance analysis on Balance Sheet and P&L; items.
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying risks and opportunities.




- Lead and mentor a team while ensuring SLA-driven delivery.

Requirements

- CA / ACCA with 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong expertise in FP&A;, reporting, and finance advisory.
- Exposure to international accounting engagements is preferred.
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ members.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Recognized SME with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
