Key Responsibilities

- Operate EDM machines for tool, die and precision component manufacturing.
- Perform machine setting and job setting as per drawings.
- Set electrodes, workpieces and required machining parameters.
- Understand engineering drawings and machining requirements.
- Monitor EDM operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform electrode setting and alignment.
- Check finished components using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain required surface finish and machining accuracy.
- Troubleshoot basic EDM machining issues.




- Maintain machine and work area properly.
- Follow production schedules, quality standards and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with tool room, production and quality teams.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of relevant EDM experience.
- Solid knowledge of EDM machining processes.
- Good understanding of tool and die components.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
