We are looking for a customer-oriented and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our commercial vehicle service team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, ensuring timely vehicle delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards with accurate customer, vehicle, and complaint details.
- Inspect vehicles with customers and identify service requirements.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors for diagnosis and repair.
- Provide customers with repair estimates, service updates, and delivery timelines.
- Obtain customer approval for additional repairs and replacement of spare parts.
- Monitor vehicle repair progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Explain completed repairs, service charges, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
- Ensure proper billing and closure of job cards.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote preventive maintenance, periodic servicing, and value-added services.
- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with dealership and OEM standards.





Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
- Experience in commercial vehicle servicing (Tata Motors or other commercial vehicle brands) is preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and spare parts.
- Proficiency in job card preparation, billing, and basic computer applications.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
