Upcoming premium Indian tea café in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. We are looking for an All-Round Café Cook / Commis to join our kitchen team for our upcoming opening.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Indian breakfast, tea/coffee, snacks, sandwiches, basic gravies and rice-based dishes.
- Handle basic egg preparations and café/fast-food items.
- Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes and kitchen SOPs.
- Maintain proper mise-en-place and organized kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Handle induction/electric kitchen equipment safely.
- Assist with preparation, plating and service during peak hours.
- Maintain proper food storage, FIFO and wastage control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen helper and other café staff.
- Follow instructions and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

Requirements

- Practical cooking experience in a café, restaurant, QSR or similar kitchen preferred.




- Basic knowledge of Indian cooking and café food.
- Good knife skills and basic food preparation knowledge.
- Ability to work during busy service hours.
- Positive hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Willingness to learn and follow KETTLI’s recipes and SOPs.
- Hotel-management/Food Production freshers with good practical skills are also welcome.

CV is preferred but not mandatory. Practical cooking trial will be conducted before final selection.
