Key Responsibilities

· Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, and networks

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

· Provide technical support to end-users (hardware/software issues)

· Support system upgrades, patches, and backups

· Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures

· Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects

· Ensure security protocols and compliance standards are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

· Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)

· Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

· Understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Positive communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
