- Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager – Garden & Landscaping
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (In office -SION/ Field-based)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience Required: 3 to 6 years of experience in B2C sales, business development, or green industry marketing.

Role Summary The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead client acquisition, brand growth, and revenue generation for residential, commercial, and luxury outdoor landscaping projects. You will bridge market research with hands-on sales execution, turning design concepts into profitable client contracts.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Lead Conversion: Handle incoming client inquiries, conduct site consultations, and close high-value landscaping and garden design contracts.
- Channel Partnerships: Build active relationships with local architects, real estate builders, interior designers, and corporate facility managers.
- Pipeline Management: Set monthly and annual sales quotas, monitor pipeline performance, and track customer relationship data in CRM tools.
- Team Coordination: Partner with design and site-execution teams to ensure sold projects are practical,



properly priced, and smoothly handed over to clients.

Additional :Marketing & Brand Growth

- Digital Campaigns: Oversee digital lead generation via Meta Ads, Google Ads, and targeted LinkedIn campaigns highlighting outdoor and terrace transformations.
- Offline Promotions: Plan participation in local exhibitions, home-decor expos, and networking events.
- Market Trends: Research competitor pricing, emerging sustainable landscape materials, and seasonal consumer gardening demands.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with plants, outdoor hardscaping, turf management, or commercial green building solutions.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, public speaking, digital ad oversight, and client relationship management.
- Mobility: Comfort with field travel for client meetings and site visits across the region

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
