We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for planning and executing Social Media Strategy, creating Visual Post, Advantage if Video Content, and driving organic traffic through SEO Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Plan, execute, and manage social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, reels, and audio to boost organic reach and engagement.
- Track and report social media performance metrics using analytics tools.

2. Creative Design & Content Creation

- Design high-quality visual content, including post graphics, banners, carousels using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Produce short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) including basic editing and typography.
- Write compelling copy and captions tailored to different social media platforms and target demographics in India.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)





- Perform keyword research to guide content creation for website blogs, social media posts, and landing pages.
- Execute On-Page SEO (meta tags, image alt texts, content optimization) and Off-Page SEO strategies.
- Basic technical SEO checks to ensure website usability and performance.
- Track Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor traffic and keyword rankings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management, Graphic Design, and SEO.
- Graphic : Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Additonal Advantage if CapCut/Premiere Pro.
- SEO Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ubersuggest, or Semrush.
- Copywriting: Excellent command over written English and Hindi caption writing/storytelling.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past social media graphics, video reels, and SEO work/case studies.
