Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on civil project engineering experience.

Prior experience in hospital or healthcare facility construction/renovation is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee healthcare civil construction, interior fit-outs, and renovation projects from initial planning through execution to final handover.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, structural consultants, and vendors to ensure project milestones and design specifications are met.
- Hospital Standard Compliance: Implement Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) guidelines, dust isolation protocols, and noise reduction measures during structural work to ensure zero disruption to patient care and hospital operations.
- Quality Assurance & Safety:



Perform regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity, material quality, and adherence to safety norms and local building bylaws.
- Budget & Cost Control: Review contractor billings, track project costs against approved budgets, and evaluate variation orders.
- Maintenance & Modifications: Plan and execute ongoing structural maintenance, waterproofing, flooring, and layout modifications across hospital wards, ICUs, operation theaters, and administrative areas.
- Documentation & Permits: Obtain relevant municipal/local authority approvals, maintain project logs, daily progress reports (DPRs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and as-built drawings.
