About the Internship

Trinex Global is looking for motivated students and freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team as Interns. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment activities and the day-to-day responsibilities involved in the talent acquisition process.

The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building their career in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn and online job portals
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic screening
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers
- Assist with job postings and candidate pipeline management
- Update recruitment records using Excel and Google Sheets
- Support the team with day-to-day recruitment activities
- Assist with various stages of the recruitment process

Eligibility

- Students, recent graduates, and freshers from any discipline can apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes
- Interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
