Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate recent business opportunities, connect with customers, promote the company’s platform and products, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers and create awareness about the platform, products, and subscription plans.
- Invite prospective customers to visit the website and explore/purchase subscriptions and products.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
- Prepare and present sales materials to customers.
- Maintain proper records of successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Address customer queries, concerns, grievances, and suggestions promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and important information.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and timely resolution.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Handling, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.

- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
