GM Cum Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day resort operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Handle guest relationships, enquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and other business associates.
- Drive sales, business development, and repeat bookings.
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Monitor guest experience, service quality, and operational standards.
- Handle daily reporting and coordinate with management on important operational matters.
- Support revenue generation and achieve assigned business targets.





Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in resort/hotel operations, sales, or relationship management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of local market and business development.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Candidate should be willing to stay at the resort.
