About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic Voice Customer Support Executives for the Ather Process in Bangalore! If you love communicating with people and delivering excellent customer experiences over the phone, this is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries and support requests.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to build customer trust and satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams.




- Update interaction logs accurately in the database system.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (12th Pass).
- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates (0 to 2 years).
- Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.
- Language Requirements: Fluent English + proficiency in any 2 Regional Languages (Good communication skills mandatory).
- Key Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and basic computer knowledge.
