Job Title: Telecaller

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries and basic objections professionally.
- Follow up on trials, payments, renewals, and pending leads.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Update daily call and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and support team for lead management.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Excel or CRM will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
