Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Site Engineer – Civil with 3–5 years of experience in building construction. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and completing work as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other site teams.
- Check and ensure the quality of construction work and materials.
- Monitor manpower, material requirements, and site progress.
- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Conduct measurements and maintain daily site records and progress reports.
- Coordinate with the planning, billing, procurement, and project teams.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources at the site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at the project site.
- Prepare and maintain necessary site documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and site execution.
- Valuable understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or building construction projects will be preferred.
