Job Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for overseas job opportunities.
- Conduct candidate calls and explain job roles, requirements, and recruitment processes.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and update recruitment records.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Handle candidate queries and provide professional support.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Tele calling, overseas hiring, or sales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Robust follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
