JOB DESCRIPTION – PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in performance advertising, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and managing advertising budgets with a clear focus on ROAS, ROI, CAC, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Display, Shopping/PMax, and other performance channels.
- Manage significant monthly advertising budgets while maintaining profitability and targeted ROAS.
- Develop customer acquisition and remarketing strategies for D2C and e-commerce business.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, targeting, and retargeting.
- Develop and execute full-funnel strategies covering Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, and Retention.
- Work closely with Graphic Designers, Content, Social Media, E-Commerce, and Creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them while controlling acquisition costs.
- Optimize product feeds and Shopping/Performance Max campaigns.
- Analyze website and landing-page performance to improve conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and related analytics tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly performance reports for management.
- Analyze competitor advertising strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with agencies, influencers, affiliates, and external marketing partners when required.
- Support new product launches through performance-driven media planning and campaign execution.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting of marketing revenue.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of D2C and e-commerce performance marketing.
- Experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, AOV and conversion funnels.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Good knowledge of Shopify/e-commerce platforms will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of creative testing and conversion optimization.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and independently manage campaigns.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4–7 years of relevant performance marketing experience.
- Prior experience with D2C, Nutraceutical, FMCG, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Food, or E-Commerce brands preferred.
- Proven track record of scaling online sales while maintaining profitable ROAS.
- Experience handling substantial advertising budgets.
- Strong ownership, analytical mindset, and result-oriented approach.
