DCDP – Continental

Location: Udyog Vihar & Malviya Nagar Cloud Kitchens | Lodhi Colony & Galleria Café | QSR Operations

We are looking for an experienced DCDP – Continental with strong knowledge of Continental/Western cuisine and high-volume kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Continental dishes including pasta, salads, sandwiches, burgers, breakfast, grills, sauces, and wraps.
- Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, FIFO, and kitchen SOPs.
- Control wastage and assist with inventory management.
- Coordinate with CDP, Commis, and kitchen team.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Requirements: 5+ years of relevant kitchen experience, preferably in QSR, café, restaurant, or cloud kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
