Preferred Candidate: Retired Defence Personnel

- Retired Army/Navy/Air Force personnel with a strong discipline and leadership background preferred.
- Maintain strict discipline, punctuality, and proper conduct among students.
- Supervise students and handle their day-to-day concerns, conflicts, and behavioural issues.
- Monitor hostel attendance, entry/exit, leave and student movement.
- Conduct regular hostel rounds and ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
- Ensure students follow hostel timings, routines, and institutional rules.
- Handle emergencies and report serious incidents to management immediately.
- Maintain daily/weekly hostel reports and discipline records.
- Must be strict, responsible, alert, physically active, and capable of handling students firmly and fairly.

Note: - Minimum age required is 40+ years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
