The Balance Group is looking for a Client Relationship Managerwho knows how to keep clients happy, projects moving and communication crystal clear.

You'll be the bridge between our clients and our internal creative, marketing and strategy teams.

This isn't just a “send the update and disappear” kind of role.

We need someone who can build relationships, understand what clients actually need and make sure our team delivers it.

What You'll Do

* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

* Understand client requirements, goals and expectations

* Coordinate with internal teams to get deliverables executed

* Communicate timelines, updates and progress to clients

* Collect and manage client feedback

* Coordinate revisions and approvals

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction

* Track deliverables and ensure commitments are met

* Escalate issues and bottlenecks when required

* Maintain transparent communication between clients and internal teams

* Support account growth and retention

What We're Looking For

* 1–3 years of experience in client servicing,



account management, customer success or a similar role

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong written and verbal English

* Good organisational and follow-up skills

* Ability to handle multiple clients and projects

* Comfortable communicating with creative and marketing teams

* Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks

* Professional attitude and strong ownership

* Good problem-solving skills
