About the Role

PINK is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executives to work with us across Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for finding properties, generating buyers and sellers, conducting property visits, following up with customers, negotiating deals, and helping close property transactions.

This opportunity is open to experienced real estate professionals, freshers, and college students who are interested in building a career or earning through real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle property sale and purchase opportunities across Jaipur.
- Find and develop relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and other real estate contacts.
- Generate new property listings and maintain a strong property network.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective buyers.
- Generate leads through personal networking, references, online platforms, and local market activities.
- Communicate with property owners and buyers regarding pricing, availability, and requirements.
- Assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Regularly follow up with leads and customers.
- Build long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, builders, and other real estate professionals.
- Stay updated about property prices, demand, and market developments across Jaipur.




- Maintain basic records of leads, properties, customer interactions, and site visits.
- Assist in completing the transaction process and coordinating with the concerned parties.

- Knowledge of Jaipur and its local areas will be helpful.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within Jaipur.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage but are not mandatory for all candidates.
- Basic knowledge of social media, WhatsApp, and online property platforms will be an additional advantage.

No prior real estate experience is required.





Freshers and college students with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Students can choose a part-time opportunity according to their availability, while candidates looking for a career in real estate can work full-time.
