Job summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR EXECUTIVE to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment,and hr operation with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deliver quality closures within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Retail, Sales, and Corporate functions.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
- Drive bulk hiring and critical position closures within defined timelines.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, internal databases, and other channels.
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, MIS, and hiring trackers.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring,



and recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in Retail, Sales, and volume/bulk hiring will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR / Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple requirements, and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
