Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented *Tele Counsellors* with positive communication skills to handle outbound calling, lead generation, customer interaction, and sales-related activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers in *both Hindi and English* and should have relevant experience in *Outbound Tele Calling, Telesales, or Lead Generation*.

Key Responsibilities

* Make *outbound calls* to prospective customers/leads.
* Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
* Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
* Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
* Convert potential leads into successful customer interactions/sales.
* Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.




* Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
* Maintain professional communication and customer engagement throughout the process.
Eligibility Criteria

* *Minimum Qualification:* 12th Pass with result in hand.
* *Graduates:* Preferred.
* *Experience:* Minimum *6 months of relevant calling experience*.
* Total relevant experience range: *6 months to 8 years*.
* *Gender:* Male / Female.
* Candidates must have good *Hindi & English communication skills*.
* Relevant experience in *Outbound Tele Calling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation* is required.
* Outbound telecalling exposure will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
