Qualification: Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred

Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee attendance, leave management, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and HR documentation. The HR Executive will also assist in employee communication, performance tracking, and ensuring company policies are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment and interview coordination.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents and employee files.
- Support joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in payroll and salary-related activities.
- Maintain proper HR records and reports.
