Job Summary

Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. is looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Officer for its Anand, Gujarat location. The candidate will be responsible for loan repayment follow-ups, field collections, customer coordination, and timely recovery of overdue installments.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for overdue EMI and loan repayments.
- Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection and recovery.
- Maintain regular contact with customers through calls and personal visits.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments, and collection activities.
- Identify overdue accounts and report collection issues to the reporting manager.
- Ensure professional and courteous customer handling while following company policies.




- Submit daily collection reports and update payment status in the system.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local area of Anand, Gujarat.
- Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
