Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Hair Transplant Surgeon / Hair Restoration Surgeon to join our clinical team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients with hair loss, developing appropriate treatment plans and performing hair transplant procedures with a strong focus on patient safety, clinical quality and natural-looking results.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FUE, FUT, DHI and other hair restoration procedures, along with strong clinical judgment, patient communication and post-operative care skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed consultations and clinical assessments for patients experiencing hair loss and hair thinning.
- Evaluate scalp condition, hair density, donor area and suitability for hair transplantation.
- Develop individualized hair restoration and treatment plans based on patient requirements and clinical assessment.
- Perform and/or supervise FUE, FUT, DHI and other hair transplant procedures as per clinical protocols and professional competence.
- Plan hairline design and graft distribution to achieve natural-looking and aesthetically appropriate results.
- Ensure proper graft extraction, handling, preservation and implantation techniques.
- Supervise clinical assistants and the hair transplant OT/team during procedures.
- Maintain strict standards of infection control, sterilization and patient safety.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures and manage routine post-operative requirements.
- Provide clear pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients.
- Identify and appropriately manage potential complications and escalate cases when required.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records, procedure notes and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, OT staff, technicians and counsellors for smooth patient management.




- Review post-operative progress and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Stay updated with advancements in hair restoration techniques, technology and clinical practices.
- Maintain qualified ethics, confidentiality and compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Medical qualification appropriate to the role and applicable local regulations.
- Relevant clinical experience in hair transplantation / hair restoration.
- Hands-on experience with FUE and/or DHI is highly preferred.
- Experience with FUT and other hair restoration techniques will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of hair loss assessment, donor management, graft planning and hairline design.
- Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Strong patient communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Commitment to patient safety, hygiene, infection control and quality standards.
- Professional, ethical and patient-centric approach.
