Salary Package ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

- 4 Sales 4% Incentive
- 8 Sales 8% Incentive
- 16 Sales 16% Incentive

Note: Incentives are performance-based and will be calculated according to the company’s applicable incentive policy and sales terms.

Qualification

- BBA / MBA graduates preferred
- Freshers only Candidates with an interest in the Automobile / Car Industry will be preferred
- Candidates with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Handling
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, confident, and target-oriented
- Malayalam and English are required Knowledge of Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage
- Interest in the Automobile / Car Industry will be preferred




- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets Willingness to learn and develop sales skills

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and understand customer requirements Generate, follow up, and convert sales leads Build and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve assigned sales targets Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships Conduct customer follow-ups and sales activities Maintain accurate sales records and reports Support customers throughout the sales process Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

Work Flexibility

Employees can achieve their sales targets through either:

- Field Sales — For field-based sales activities, the company will not provide travel allowance or travel reimbursement.
- Office-Based Sales Employees are expected to manage their work effectively and achieve the assigned targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
