Key Responsibilities

- Sample Management: Collect, receive, log, and prepare blood , urine , pus , sputum , CSF etc
- Testing & Analysis: Perform microbial assays, Gram staining, culturing, and colony counting using standard laboratory equipment like microscopes, autoclaves, and incubators.
- Sterile Operations: Strictly maintain aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination and handle biohazardous materials safely
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, calibrate, and perform routine daily maintenance on lab instruments and prep necessary reagents.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology,/ BScMLT / DMLT with experience in Microbiology.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of microbial identification, protected handling of infectious agents, and basic math/analytical skills.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong time-management abilities, and capacity to work well both independently and in a team.

Pay: ₹10,949.41 - ₹26,608.01 per month
