Job Role: Project Manager- Retail Store Promotion- FMCG

Location- Based at Mumbai looking after PAN INDIA

Job Role: Handling a Team of 200 Sales Promoters, 15 Supervisors & Team Leaders and handling Up-to-date Trade and General Trade.

Campaign Planning & Scheduling

- Develop detailed campaign timelines and roll-out schedules for all in-store and omnichannel promotions.
- Define the project scope, clear milestones, and critical paths to ensure promotional materials arrive before the launch dates.
- Coordinate the end-to-end integration of digital assets, print collateral, and store signage.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Break down departmental silos by aligning the creative design, procurement, inventory, and field management teams.
- Partner with visual merchandising to ensure correct placement of point-of-purchase (POP) displays and window setups.




- Liaise with external suppliers and printing vendors to manage the production and logistics of marketing kits.

Execution & Compliance Monitoring

- Maintain quality standards for all customer-facing assets, ensuring strict adherence to global brand guidelines.
- Communicate promotion execution kits and playbooks directly to store managers and regional teams.
- Audit store compliance (remotely or via field visits) to guarantee promotional pricing, signs, and systems are live and accurate
