Job Description – AutoCAD Draftsman

Position: AutoCAD Draftsman / CAD Draftsman
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare approval drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans.
- Prepare drawings according to architectural and structural requirements.
- Make revisions and modifications based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings follow required standards, dimensions, and specifications.
- Prepare drawings for CMDA/DTCP and other approval processes.
- Maintain and organize project drawings and CAD files.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.




- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Knowledge of architectural drafting and building plans.
- Knowledge of preparation of Approval Drawings in Single Window Portal.
- Understanding of CMDA/DTCP approval drawings will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand architectural/structural drawings.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
