Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Web Researcher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, organizing, and maintaining accurate information from reliable online sources.

The ideal candidate should have strong internet research skills, attention to detail, valuable communication skills, and the ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online research using Google, company websites, LinkedIn, business directories, government websites, and other reliable sources.
- Identify and collect company, business, contact, market, and industry-related information.
- Research and verify company names, websites, locations, email addresses, decision-makers, job titles, and other required information.
- Perform lead generation and prospect research based on defined criteria.
- Collect information from multiple sources and cross-check data for accuracy.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, Directors, Managers, and Department Heads.
- Update and maintain research data in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, or other databases.




- Remove duplicate records and identify incomplete or outdated information.
- Follow predefined research instructions, templates, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly research reports.
- Meet assigned daily/weekly research targets while maintaining data accuracy.
- Support market research, competitor research, company profiling, and database-building projects.
- Escalate unclear or difficult research cases to the team lead or manager.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Google and advanced web-search techniques.
- Strong internet research and data collection skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and online business directories.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify reliable versus unreliable information.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Freshers with strong research and computer skills can apply.
