Job Summary

Sri Manakula Vinayagar Super Speciality Hospital, Puducherry, is looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations in a hospital environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, employee documentation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and payroll processes.
- Experience in hospital/healthcare HR operations will be preferred.




- Valuable knowledge of employee documentation and HR administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital workplace.

Qualification

- MBA in Human Resources / MSW HR / equivalent qualification.
- 1–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Candidates with hospital/healthcare HR experience will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
