Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage complete restaurant operations at a premium resort. The candidate should have strong guest-handling, team-management, service, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise restaurant staff and allocate duties.
- Ensure high standards of guest service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints.
- Monitor food and beverage service quality.
- Manage restaurant inventory and stock.




- Coordinate with kitchen and resort departments.
- Monitor sales, billing, and operational expenses.
- Train and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
