Job Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell the company's industrial and commercial products.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the office and warehouse team for order processing and delivery.
- Collect market information, competitor pricing and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely follow-up and payment collection from customers when required.
- Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads and sales activities.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in sales / field sales / industrial sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop new business and maintain customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email and MS Office.
- Knowledge of industrial products, tools, lifting equipment or construction materials will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Key Skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
