Management Trainee – Creative Studio (Paid)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, disciplined, and reliable individual to join our creative studio as a Management Trainee. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants long-term exposure to how creative projects, studios, and businesses are run.

The role is dynamic and responsibility-based. Tasks will change depending on ongoing projects and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Email handling and professional communication
- Coordination with vendors, team members, and collaborators
- Research and execution support for creative projects
- Assisting in workshops and studio activities
- Creating and posting basic social media content documenting studio processes
- Day-to-day assistance and task execution as required

Requirements

- Good spoken and written English
- Own laptop (mandatory)
- Basic comfort with social media platforms (Instagram, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Comfortable with varied, non-fixed responsibilities
- Office-based availability (no work-from-home)
