**Role Overview: **

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of our online sales channels. This role requires a dynamic leader who can blend analytical skills with creative thinking to enhance our digital presence and achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities: **

**Ecom marketing **To run optimised adds on multi Ecom platform to achieve growth.

- **Strategic Planning: ** Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and improve customer engagement.

- **Performance Analysis: ** Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.

- **Team Leadership: ** Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, including digital marketing, merchandising, and customer service personnel.

- **Platform Management: ** Oversee the management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

- **Marketing & Promotions: ** Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns, SEO strategies, and other online marketing initiatives.

- **Customer Experience: ** Enhance the online shopping experience through website design improvements, personalization strategies,



and effective customer service practices.

- **Vendor Relations: ** Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products and services.

- **Budget Management: ** Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking ROI on investments.

**Qualifications: **

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data analytics tools.

- Experience with website optimization, UX/UI best practices, and A/B testing methodologies.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart) and digital marketing tools

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Candidates with experience in Honey will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
