JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Projects: Residential
- Designing and implementing sales strategies for targeted revenue.
- Follow up the sales proposals and deliver monthly exact and up to date sales reports.
- Enhance Product knowledge for better deliverable
- Handling Channel sales and corporate tie - up to generate maximum business for residential and commercial projects.
- Report on sales activities to top management.




- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
- Understand the client's needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

- Well-spoken communication skills are a must.
- Highly organized, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritizing tasks with robust attention to detail.
- Effective team player, who effectively works in direction.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
