Technology Leadership & Strategy

- Define and drive the company’s technical vision, roadmap, and architecture in line with business objectives.
- Evaluate recent technologies, tools, and platforms; make build vs. buy decisions.
- Set engineering standards, coding practices, security policies, and quality benchmarks.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team engineers/technical staff (hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, career development).
- Allocate work, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects and releases.careers.nordstrom+1
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Delivery & Operations

- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of products/features from requirements to deployment and support.careers.
- Ensure system reliability, performance,



security, and scalability (uptime, monitoring, incident response).
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Process & Governance

- Implement and improve agile/development processes (sprints, code reviews, CI/CD, documentation).careers.
- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and tool subscriptions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security, data, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
