We are hiring an HR Operations & Coordinator in Thiruvananthapuram.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding and employee-related activities
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR matters
Requirements:
- MBA in HR preferred
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
