Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive – Field Data Collection to support our admissions and marketing team through on-ground lead generation and live data collection.

The candidate will visit events, high-footfall locations, vendor/partner outlets, societies, markets, schools, and other assigned locations to interact with parents/prospects, generate enquiries, and capture accurate lead information in real time.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect live lead/enquiry data from events, activations, vendors, partner outlets, and offline marketing activities.
- Approach and engage parents/prospective customers at societies, parks, markets, malls, events, and other high-footfall locations.
- Capture accurate details such as name, contact number, locality, child’s age/grade, and enquiry source.
- Enter and upload collected data into the CRM/app/lead tracker on the same day.
- Verify contact numbers, names, locality, and other information before submission.
- Conduct pamphlet, leaflet, and flyer distribution in assigned areas and track responses.
- Coordinate with vendors, local partners, event teams, and the Admission Head for field activities.
- Support registration desks and data-capture booths during events.
- Maintain source-wise lead records such as event, vendor, walk-in, activation, and pamphlet drive.
- Achieve daily/weekly lead generation and data collection targets.
- Ensure high-quality and relevant admission enquiries rather than only focusing on lead volume.




- Submit daily activity reports covering leads collected, source, location, and quality of enquiries.
- Travel locally and work outdoors, including weekends and event days when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in field sales, field marketing, lead generation, promotions, data collection, telecalling, or customer interaction will be an advantage.
- Candidates from education/admissions/EdTech backgrounds are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and interacting with people in public places.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, Google Forms, CRM, or data-entry tools.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in outdoor/field environments.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
