Insurance Operations Executive (Work From Home)

About the Role

We are hiring an organised and detail-oriented Insurance Admin Executive to support daily insurance and administrative operations. This is a remote work opportunity ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills and experience in administration, insurance coordination, or office operations.

Candidates should be comfortable handling documentation, email communication, data management, and client coordination independently in a work-from-home setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare insurance quotes and documentation
- Assist with proposals and policy processing
- Maintain accurate digital records and files
- Support claims coordination and follow-ups
- Handle skilled email communication
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills
- Good knowledge of:
- Microsoft Excel & Word
- Email handling
- PDF/document tools
- Strong attention to detail




- Ability to work independently
- Good organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates from Ludhiana preferred
- Prior experience in insurance, administration, operations, or customer support
- Work-from-home experience is an advantage
- Professional, reliable, and long-term career-oriented mindset

Working Hours

Early morning shift ending approximately between 1 PM – 2 PM IST.

Salary & Benefits
