1. Purchase & Procurement

- Handle day-to-day purchase activities for UPS, batteries, electrical and related products.
- Identify and coordinate with existing and new vendors.
- Collect and compare quotations from different suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines and other commercial terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure timely placement of orders.
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and material dispatch.
- Maintain proper purchase records and documentation.

2. Vendor Coordination

- Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Regularly follow up with vendors regarding price, availability, delivery and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors for urgent and project-specific requirements.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, shortages, damaged materials or incorrect supplies.
- Maintain updated vendor information and price lists.

3. Warehouse Coordination

- Coordinate closely with the Warehouse Team regarding stock availability and material requirements.
- Check stock levels and identify materials that need to be purchased.
- Ensure purchased materials are received as per the Purchase Order.
- Coordinate for material inward, quantity verification and documentation.
- Follow up on pending materials and backorders.




- Maintain proper coordination between Purchase and Warehouse to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.

4. Sales & Customer Coordination

- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team regarding customer requirements and delivery commitments.
- Understand material requirements based on sales orders, quotations and project requirements.
- Check product availability and expected delivery timelines before committing to customers.
- Coordinate with Sales and customers regarding material dispatch and delivery status.
- Provide regular updates on pending orders and expected delivery dates.
- Handle urgent requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery.

5. Supply Chain & Delivery Management

- Track the complete movement of materials from vendor → warehouse → customer/project site.
- Monitor pending Purchase Orders and expected delivery dates.
- Ensure materials are available as per project and customer timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics/transporters for material movement wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of dispatches, deliveries and pending materials.
- Identify delays and take timely action to avoid disruption in customer deliveries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
